Project manage the business process of identifying and evaluating IT solutions to alleviate bottlenecks and frustrations in the current setup. Drive the team that will champion change and the new solutions, data transfer, training and system cut-over processes.
As part of the strategic review assist the owners and management team in documenting and mapping internal and external business risks, the potential impact and proposed responses or controls that could be put into place to mitigate these.

About BI Mechanics
A creative and strategic thinker – coupled with firm commercial background – Nita van Grinsven started her career with PwC in Internal Auditing in South Africa before moving to Financial Auditing in Auckland where she completed her Chartered Accountant qualification.
During her career Nita focused on business controls and management reporting gaining exposure to many industries and businesses. This has served her well working in the insurance, wine and timber industry where she worked in finance leadership roles.
Nita joined the Marlborough Chamber of Commerce Board a few years ago as an opportunity to get more involved in the community, and within a year was elected President. She has a passion to help support the businesses and the region to be more successful.
With her keen interest in numbers, technology and helping businesses she has taken the leap to run her own business and lend her skill set to companies small and large, ensuring they get the most productivity out of their business systems and processes.
